01 How much does the down payment cost?
€0. With AUREQIS leasing there is no down payment and you start saving from the first month. The monthly fee replaces part of your current electricity bill.

02 How long are the contracts?
You can choose between 10, 15 or 20 years with a fixed monthly fee. At the end, the installation becomes your property.

03 Can my company deduct the fee?
Yes. The fee is 100 % deductible as an operating expense, does not count in CIRBE and does not consume your bank credit lines.

04 Which areas do you serve?
We work throughout Spain, for homes, businesses, residential communities and industry. We have offices in Seville and Motril.

05 Does it include maintenance and insurance?
Yes. Prior analysis, design, permits, installation, maintenance, insurance and after-sales throughout the contract.

06 What if I sell the property?
The contract can be transferred to the new owner as a property improvement. Early termination is also possible under agreed conditions.
